Council Divisions (votes for and against) on Planning Matters - Published: 12 Jan 2009

Local Governments are now required to record and display all Divisions (which are votes for and against by Councillors on a matter) made on any Planning Decisions to the public.

Decisions SEPP1 (State Environmental Planning Policy no.1) - Published: 12 Jan 2009
Local Government Organisations are now required to report on variations to development standards under delegations using State Environmental Planning Policy no. 1 - Development Standards of Provisions under the Standard Instrument.

Uralla Shire Council has been reporting on this matter as of the 1st January 2008.

Development Application and Complying Development Application Reports - Published: 12 Jan 2009
Section 101 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, as amended precludes a challenge to the validity of consent more than three months after the date of public notification of the consent. In accordance with Section 101 of the Act and Clause 124 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, 2000, the following determinations are publicly notified.
