Uralla Shire Council operates waste management facilities located in Uralla, Bundarra, Kingstown, and Kentucky.

Disposal fees apply for some materials, such as asbestos, dead animals, mattresses, appliances containing CFCs, and general household waste. Please visit our Fees and Charges page for current fees associated with the disposal of these items.

Uralla Waste Management Facility & Community Recycling Centre

The Uralla Waste Management Facility and Community Recycling Centre is located on Tip Road, off Rowan Avenue, in Uralla and is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8am - 4pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 2pm.

The Uralla Waste Management Facility is closed to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays plus on Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day public holidays.

Bundarra Waste Management Facility

The Bundarra Waste Management Facility is located off Bingara Road, Bundarra and is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8am - 4pm and on Sunday from 9am – 3pm.

The Bundarra Waste Management Facility is closed to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and on Christmas Day, Anzac Day, and Easter public holidays.

Kingstown Waste Management Facility

The Kingstown Waste Management Facility is located at Bendemeer Road, Kingstown and is open Wednesdays 8:30am - 3:30pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm.

The Kingstown Waste Management Facility is closed on Christmas Day, Anzac Day and Easter public holidays.

Kentucky Recycling Station

The Kentucky Recycling Station is located at Dorlie Lane, Kentucky and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
