Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit a quote to prepare detailed design plans, Bill of Quantities, detailed cost estimate, and preparation of tender documents for the Uralla Visitor Information Centre refurbishment.
Please see report and concept plans as contained in this link(PDF, 2MB), noting that this request for quote relates to documents for “Option 1”.
Submitted quotes should:
- Provide details of relevant experience and examples from other projects;
- Indicate any inputs or resources you will require from Council;
- Provide an indicative timeline for provision of documentation, and
- A list of deliverables.
Detailed design drawings must be in Autocad and pdf format.
All other documentation to be provided in Word, excel and pdf format.
