Uralla Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for a tenant/s to occupy one of Council’s Aged Residential Units situated in Hill Street Uralla.
Single fortnightly rent: $297.50
Eligible persons should be preferably residing in the Uralla Shire, be able to live independently, show ability to pay required rent, and be at least 60 years of age.
Inspections of the available unit and details of selection criteria may be obtained from the Council Administration Office.

Applicants will be notified of the inspection date by phone and will be issued with an application form during or after the inspection. Appointments for inspection arrangement may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300 between 8:30am and 5:00pm on normal business days.
