Landholders are not permitted to clear vegetation outside their property boundary line without the approval of the relevant land owner or manager. Landholders are recommended to obtain approval in writing to ensure there is no confusion with clearing distances. Landholders seeking to clear along boundary fences with a road reserve should contact Council by email at council@uralla.nsw.gov.au or by letter to The General Manager, PO Box 106, Uralla NSW 2358 to obtain approval.
