This asset management plan details information about transport infrastructure assets including actions required to provide an agreed level of service in the most cost effective manner. The Plan defines the services to be provided, how the services are provided and what funds are required to provide the services.

Bridge Street High Pedestrian Activity
The 40km/h High Pedestrian Activity Area Concepts - Bridge Street, Uralla NSW report was considered by Council at its October 2018 ordinary meeting. In this meeting Council resolved that: Council ratify the recommendations of the Traffic Committee as contained in this Report.
The Traffic Committee's recommendation is that:
- The High Pedestrian Activity Area Concept Plan for Bridge Street be received and noted by Council; and
- Council make application for funding of the detailed design through the Walking Regional Communities category in the Active Transport Program for 2019/20.

Uralla Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan
At its Ordinary Meeting of 27th August 2019, Council resolved to adopt the Uralla Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan – August 2019.
The aim of the Uralla Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan (PAMP) is to develop a long-term strategy and action plan for the provision of pedestrian facilities within Uralla in a coordinated and strategic approach that provides safe, convenient and connected pedestrian routes and infrastructure to the community.
