Due to continued dry conditions, the volume of Taylors Pond has dropped past the trigger level for Level 2 restrictions. Bundarra will commence Level 2 water restrictions on Monday, 26 August 2019.
The implications of Level 2 water restrictions for residents are that:-
- General watering of lawns and gardens is permitted for a maximum of 2 hours and not during the heat of the day. Hand held hoses with trigger nozzles, water efficient drip irrigation, or sprinklers can be used before 10am and after 3pm.
- Buckets and hand held hoses with trigger nozzles can be used for car washing.
- Council will reduce watering at Council managed facilities, parks and gardens.
