Draft Asset Management Plans on Public Exhibition

At its Ordinary Meeting held 27 September 2022, Council resolved to place its draft Asset Management Plans on public exhibition for a period of 28 days to encourage community engagement in the Council’s further development of the draft plans.

The draft plans set the direction and foundation of Council’s asset management practices within each area in alignment with the Community Strategic Plan.

The framework outlined in the plans include:

  • Levels of Service
  • Lifecycle Management Plan
  • Financial Summary
  • Asset Management Practices
  • Plans for Improvement and Monitoring

to ensure Council has the systems, processes and resources for the sustainable lifecycle management of the infrastructure assets owned, controlled or maintained by Council.

Submissions will close 5:00pm on Friday, 28 October 2022.
