Financial Support
We understand the impact COVID-19 may have on the Uralla Shire community and which may make it difficult for some ratepayers to meet their financial commitments.
We recognise that there may be cases of genuine financial hardship which require respect and compassion in special circumstances. We have policies and procedures in place which may help alleviate the immediate burden for those who are experiencing hardship and can work with ratepayers on a case-by-case basis to make flexible payment arrangements that will meet your needs.
If you are having difficulties paying your rates please contact our Revenue Officer on 02 6778 6307 for a confidential discussion about how we can help.
