Message from the Acting General Manager - Uralla Town Water Supply

I would like to thank our residents for their cooperation during the bottled water alert. The members of the public who have turned up and helped with the distribution of water are champions. I appreciate the patience of our businesses and their support as we work through the problems.

Our staff have done a great job distributing water and are working flat out to get the treatment works operating as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not an easy problem to resolve and even with the best technical advice at hand we are still working on a solution. We are currently expecting this work to continue straight after Christmas and into the New Year.

As progress is made I will provide updates on our website and Facebook page. We will provide this information as soon as it is to hand to keep the community informed.
