Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit individual quotes to supply and install energy efficient lighting at three Council buildings.
The buildings are:
- Uralla Library at 106 Bridge Street Uralla;
- Council Depot at Depot Road Uralla; and
- Tablelands Community Support Centre at 9 Hill Street Uralla.
The scope of works is the replacement of all existing internal lights at the Library and Depot with energy efficient lighting which meets Australian Standard 1680 for interior and workplace lighting.
The Community Centre requires replacement of outdoor lighting only.
Energy savings certificates are to be managed by the contractor and discounted off the quote prices.
Inspection of the site with Council’s Manager of Development and Planning or nominee is required prior to quote submission. Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6310.
Submitted quotes should:
- Provide details of relevant experience and examples from other projects;
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council, and
- A list of deliverables.
Works must be complete by 1 September 2020.
