Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit quotes for roof repairs and demolition at the Uralla Court House in Uralla NSW.
Scope of works includes:
- Inspect and renovate roof including replacing of roof sheeting and flashings (allowing for roof insulation), painting of chimneys and pots, repairs and renewals of gutters, fascia and soffit as necessary.
- Remove built in office on southern side and reinstate to original.
Inspection with Council’s Manager of Development and Planning is required prior to quote submission. Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.
Submitted quotes should:
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council, and
- Include a list of deliverables.
Please forward quotes to council@uralla.nsw.gov.au by 15 November 2021.
Works must be complete by 30 April 2022.
