Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit tenders for the refurbishment of Pioneer Park in Uralla NSW.
Construction plans are available on the TenderLink website, reference URALLA-1027743.
All enquiries, requests for clarification and tenders must be submitted through the Tenderlink portal.
Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.
Submitted tenders should:
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council,
- A list of deliverables,
- Insurance details,
- Safety documentation,
- Works schedule,
- Itemised bill of quantities;
- Details of relevant experience, and
- Delivery team details and qualifications.
Note some minor changes in plantings are expected prior to project completion.
Tenders close 8:00am on 22 August 2022 and works must be complete by 10 February 2023.
