Uralla Shire Council is proud to be a partner with the state government's Love Food Hate Waste campaign.

Each NSW household throws away more than $1,000 of food per year. Across the state that totals 800,000 tonnes per year.

Sadder still, most of it could have been eaten. We often waste food because we don't know how to store it correctly.
